Here’s what we do before we’ll take a client on.
For each competitor we examine:
What they rank for, where they rank, how well they rank, for what keywords, what backlinks they have, what their google profile is like, the technical optimization of their website, how much traffic they get.
This let’s us know what keywords we can target on your site build to drive traffic quickly and exactly what type of efforts it would take to outrank them.
Everything we examined about your competitors… We’ll also analyze about you. This let’s us dial in what type of SEO efforts you’d have to do in addition to your site to rank for certain keywords.
Other low competition keywords your site will be able to rank for off the bat.
We’ll compile all the information we’ve found on you and your competitors into a video that thoroughly explains what everything means and what the best course of action would be.
When you’ve decided to work with us.
Along with the our pre-contract video we’ll send you a link to the page containing our onboarding process. Once you open the link it will remain active for 24 hours and will only work on the device you opened it with, due to the personal nature of our onboarding process.
The page will show you the contract and ask you to sign your information. Upon signing you’ll receive an email version of the contract, along with your information and you’ll have 48 hours to dispute the contract for whatever reason.
Immediately upon signing the contract you’ll be redirected to the payment screen.
After the payment goes through you’ll be redirected to the final page where you’ll see the project onboarding form and we’ll request info from you that we’ll need to complete the project.
Finally after that you’ll have an option to schedule a meeting with us and talk a little more about the project if you would like.
Once you finish that full process you’ll be successfully onboarded and we’ll start your project right away.
Once you’re onboarded we get quiet.
We’re setting up your site wireframe, building out seo data, creating page designs, adding in buttons, menus, and other elements.
This part takes us a long time and there’s nothing for you to do but wait until we’re done (~2 weeks into the project).
Once we’re close to getting the basic version of the site done we’ll reach out to you again to schedule a meeting. We’ll show you the site so far, get your feedback, and answer any questions you might have.
Over the next week we’ll finish building out all of the pages based on what your feedback was and create responsive designs.
Now we basically have the entire site done it’s just up to you whether you’d like to change a few last minute elements. If you do… We’ll work on them, if you don’t it’s time to publish!
We’ll access your DNS records and push your new website live! You’ll have a week to review it and request more edits free of charge.
During this time we’ll also upload your site into google search console and verify that it gets indexed.

We offer all clients a monthly retainer fee if they would like to keep us around.
As an alternative we also offer a free set of videos to clients so that they can self maintain their site, make basic changes, and troubleshoot any issues.
A 1-time build takes 40 days by default.
